Description

A pretty stained Fruitwood scent bottle box, oval in form and beautifully carved with fine carved detailing inside and out of "stitching" to make it look more like a leather trunk.

The front has a push button catch which opens the box revealing two original and pretty cut crystal scent bottles, without damage. The interior is lined in the original deep purple velvet.

The top has a brass mount which would have been used as a cartouche to engrave a name, monogram or family crest.

Pretty as a picture and in excellent condition. The box measures 6 1/2" x 3" x 3 3/4" tall.
