A Gents Silver Trench Watch, 1912

1900 - 1920
Description

A gents silver trench watch, 1912.

The watch has a Swiss hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch itself measures 33.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the fixed wire lugs. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Glasgow (import mark), 1912. Both the case and the lens are in good condition.

The white enamel dial has a short scratch through number 11 and two very faint short hairlines by number 4 but they are only visible through a magnifying loupe. There are a couple of small chips to the very edge of the dial but these are hidden by the bezel. Blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
