French Gilt Metal Rock Crystal Seal Of Napoleon C.1870

A fine French faceted Rock Crystal seal with gilt metal mounts topped with a bust of Napoleon in Military dress and chased swag and bow decoration joining two bow top frames, the front one containing a painting of Napoleon on ivory. This seal has a blank rock crystal underside with a small drill hole in and is in very good overall condition; it stands 3 ½ inches tall.
