Extremely rare antique chicago Mills 5cent one arm bandit. Completely original working, still with tokens. The mechanism in this runs like a rolls royce very nice to operate. Smooth function
We have come upon many many rare items in our 40+years of antiques, but this one arm bandit trumps the lot. Its no 20, of probably not many more than that made to begin with.

Made with aluminium case and oak sides.
Very hard to find price for original 1910 one arm bandits, although, reproduction/copies from 30s-40s of these original bandits sell for 5-7000.
Cleaned up and bought back to showroom condition this bandit is probably worth a five-figure sum. Very rare, very collectable.

From the time of the Chicago gangsters.
This ones history is not with glamour attached bought to Scotland in the late 1920s, it was used here in Scotland for amusement only, with tokens made to fit the 5cent slot. The feel when you pull the handle down to set the wheels spinning has a feel of incredible quality as the complex mechanisms go into action, you can feel it all through the handle. With some very little money and devotion, this will be bought back to former glory in no time. No damage nothing missing, two keys, a true BARN FIND!
