Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 1800s.
The finial with spreading bases, with chamfer edges, spreading on to the bell shaped main cover, decorated with large oval disc panels, banded by wyvern twisting to the top, and broad fluted panels below. The lower rim with chamfered edges as per the finial base.
The vases with oval panels above wyvern cut flutes, tapering to the ring socle, with broad flute base. The whole on a stepped square plinth base, the underside with ground pontil.
