A fine quality late 18th century Hepplewhite period hallmarked SILVER CREAM JUG in excellent condition. Of typical 'helmet' shape of the period, this pretty jug is bright-cut engraved with reeded shaped handle and raised on an engraved square base. Made by the silversmiths: Samuel Goodbehere and Edward Wigan, hallmarked for London 1789. 6.5ins high.
