Exceptional quality king size Victorian brass and iron bed. Professionally restored with brass sympathetically cleaned and aged. Please see close up images of detail in brass faces on decorative castings. All original brass knobs,collars, husks, knees and feet. Original porcelain castors. Iron work has been shot blasted and primed and hand finished in Little Greene paint company Slaked Lime paint. Side rails have been strengthened, lengthened and adapted to support wood slats. A most handsome timeless centre piece. Suitable for king size mattress 150cm x 200 cm/5' x 6'6".
