From a private collection.

A fine pair of green glass decanters with matching hallmarked silver grape & vine mounts and matching hallmarked silver grape & vine finial stoppers, dated 1838 assayed in Sheffield made by revered silversmiths Thomas Bradbury & Son. A rarity to find a matching pair of this type of decanter and even rarer to find them with original silver stoppers (one even retains the hallmarked silver washer used to hold the cork firm!). Both bottles are in excellent condition and apart from minor dents to the rim of the spout the silver is in excellent condition, each decanter stands 15 inches tall
