Antique Mahogany Chest on Chest

Description

Slim antique mahogany chest on chest, with a serpentine shaped front & sitting on bracket feet. It's in good original condition & dates from the 1890-1910 period. The drawers are graduated in depth & have original brass handles, locks, fine dovetails & solid oak drawer bottoms. There's also a brushing slide in the middle. The mahogany has a lovely grain & a rich nutty brown colour. The brass handles are also naturally aged. This chest on chest is extremely fine quality & comes apart into two sections for easy transportation.
