Description

19th Century rosewood display cabinet with lovely quality ormolu mounts and mouldings around the door and glass, the marquetry bowfronted panel on the door has a nice scene of a stag and two dogs in a country landscape, this is surrounded by inlaid flowers set into inlaid diamond shaped panels, this feature is also repeated on the shaped ends, the door opens to reveal three glass shelves, the cabinet is also surmounted by a piece of rouge marble with white veins running through it. Circa 1880.
