Beautiful French carved marble and bronze sculpture of a female set on a onyx marble base. This sculpture is signed by the French artist Alonzo. This sculpture is signed in the bronze, and has the Paris foundry stamp underneath, as seen in the attached images. She is beautifully carved and in excellent condition. A very fine example of his work.

Dominique Alonzo. French worked between 1910-1930. He was a pupil of Falguiere and exhibited in the salon between 1912- 1926 winning many awards. He is regarded for his high quality of work. stunning and intricate detail.
