Description

A rare late 17th Century Westmorland antique oak court cupboard. The upper section has a canopy with beautifully carved detail above two panelled doors and a central carved panel. The lower section having twin panelled doors with typical Westmorland carved detail, opening to reveal a shelved interior. Of superb colour and patination throughout. England circa 1670-1680

Dimensions: 68" wide x 67" high x 24" deep

Condition: This court cupboard is in excellent condition, a wonderful colour and patina. The back boards have been replaced in the upper section and later hinges and interior shelf to the lower section.
