A wonderful pair of elegant desk, or armchairs, from the mid Victorian period. Very well made, with solid walnut frames and upholstered in sumptuous red/brown leather. The frames are strong and sturdy and of generous proportions. The turned and fluted legs terminate in brass and ceramic castors. The leather upholstery is in excellent condition, with a lovely colour, complete with deep-button backs and brass studwork. These chairs are extremely comfortable to sit in and are very supportive. They could be used as desk, club, or armchairs so would sit well within a number of different room scenarios. They are offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home or office.
