A splendid Japanese Meiji period bronze okimono depicting a small bear driving off a snarling tiger with paw raised, this fine bronze is nicely drawn and the tiger’s stripes are patinated. Signed on the underside by Genryusai Seiya this okimono is in excellent condition measuring 7 inches in length.
