The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The body of the horn and mouthpiece are hallmarked for Chester 1928, maker E Baker & Son. The chain is not marked.

It measures 11 7/8" long and 1 3/8" wide at the end and weighs 49g/1.6ozt. Condition is very good with no damage and light surface wear. It bows ever so slightly. The hallmarks are slightly rubbed at the edges but fully legible.
