Description

A wonderful pair of French rosewood armchairs from the 19th century. Very well made in solid rosewood and decorated throughout with solid brass mounts. The chairs have lovely scrolling rococo lines and the brass mounts are very attractive. The rosewood has a lovely rich colour and patina. The upholstery is in very good order. The front legs stand on castors (3 original and one replacement). All in all, this splendid pair of chairs are offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.
