Description

Large Lakeland landscape in oil on canvas c.1923. A view of Ullswater from Pooley Bridge pictured on a sunny day with a flock of sheep being driven along the road in the foreground. Signed John Judge and dated 1923 in the lower right hand corner. Very good condition, presented on the original stretcher and in the original gilded frame with paper labels to the reverse.
