Description
Large pair of early C19th cast-iron terrace /garden vases or urns of campana type form . Purchased and removed from a local country property in Worcestershire , a well-cast pair of vases or urns in old paint finish. The edges with 'egg-and-dart' borders , the ribbed and fluted shallow bowl bodies unto a cast detailed socle support teminating in a square plinth base. In excellent original condition with no damage , breaks or repairs. (1 bowl loose on base) Possibly by Coalbrookdale foundry.
