Rare 18th century French commode with marble top with beautiful carved details on the three drawers. It has a quality original marble top and pretty bronze escutcheon plates and lion handles. Both the marble and the rear of the commode have a very old handwritten delivery label to an address in Paris. The piece has a lovely rich colour which is not done justice in my photos.
