Scottish Sheraton Mahogany Tea Table. Circa 1790

18th century
Description

Fine Scottish George III Sheraton figured mahogany and boxwood line inlaid demi-lune turn over tea table fitted with ash lined drawer to frieze and standing on square tapered legs fitted with brass socket casters. The top supported by twin gated legs when open. All in fine condition with a few repairs to boxwood lines on edges of tops. Good rich darkish colour with fine waxed patina.
