Sheraton Satinwood Card Table. Circa 1795

18th century
Description

Fine quality George III Sheraton veneered figured satinwood 'D'shaped card table with wide rosewood banded top with ebony and boxwood line and narrow kingwood banded inlay to top, frieze and legs. The top supported on twin gated legs when open. All in fine original condition with only a couple of minor repairs. No splits or warps. Wonderful soft honey colour with great waxed patina. A fine example of its kind.
