A Fabulous Victorian Repoussé Silver Caster.

Description

A fabulous Victorian silver pepper or small sugar caster. This superb example has a baluster shaped body with wrythen half fluted design. To the centre is a repoussé panel of floral and foliar decoration. The flared foot is beaded and the matching lid is secured by a bayonet fitting. A handsome piece and a useful addition to a well laid table.
