Description

A Silver and Ivory magnifying letter opener or bookmark. This rare and wonderful piece has a hallmarked silver mount and frame for the magnifying lense which, unusually, retains the original glass. The Ivory handle tapers and is curved to the end allowing the item to be used as a letter opener, bookmark or small page turner. A charming, usable and collectable piece.
