A hugely stylish original English early 19th century settee presented in good antique condition

Fine quality settee with highly desirable style & classic English Regency period proportions

Attractive button back

Riding on original brass castors with pleasing squat gadrooned front legs

Settee is serviceable and comfortable - it is traditionally upholstered

The frame is strong, solidly jointed, and the settee offers a very pleasing heavy weight - a sure sign of quality as expected from a settee crafted during the English Regency period

Fabric shows marks consistent with use and three missing buttons

Whilst the sofa could be used as it is, it would clearly benefit from re-covering at some stage
