A gents 9 carat gold Cyma wrist watch, 1960.

The watch has a calibre R486 hand-winding movement which is working nicely. This is one of the last R486 movements made by Cyma as 1960 was the final year of production for this calibre (having started in 1953). The movement is fully signed.

The watch itself measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Edinburgh 1960 together with the Cyma name. The front of the case is in good condition. There is some scratching around the edge of the back.

The lens is in lovely condition.

The signed dial has a little marking but nothing too detrimental. Original hands and centre seconds hand.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
