Regency Mahogany Chiffoniere. Circa 1825

19th century
Description

Fine quality Regency veneered figured mahogany chiffoniere fitted with two shelves over supported a front with turned uprights and with roll fronted drawer to frieze. The twin cupboard doors enclose a central fixed shelf. Standing on short turned feet. All in fine un-touched original condition. Wonderful rich colour with fine waxed patina. Could be improved with better pleated silk in doors.

Size; 36" wide, 54" high overall, 17" deep. (36" high to top of base).
