Sweet little Norwegian silver bowl by Marius Hammer with 3 stylised embossed dragons running around the outside. Marked to the base with 830 standard.

It measures 3 1/4" wide and 1 1/4" high and weighs 61g/2.0ozt. Condition is very good with no damage and light surface wear.
