Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
The drawers have its original attractive drop handles and it stands on slim tapered square legs which terminate spade feet. All the drawers are stamped with a number (a sign of quality). A really stylish and useful item that would make a great music cabinet, collectors chest, hall unit or filing cabinet.
