An Unusual Victorian Silver Stem Vase.

Description

An unusual and interesting Victorian Silver Stem Vase. This exquisite piece depicts the story of the Apple and Snake in the Garden of Eden. The silver hallmarked apple shaped base features a part marked wire work decorated snake, which coils upwards from the base to support the glass stem vase. The removable vase is hand blown with a wonderful, delicate petal shaped rim with a hint of yellow colouring. A charming collectors item and usable today.
