George I Oak Side Table C1720

Description

A George I Oak Side Table.

The top with a concave mould edge, and generous overhang, above a frieze drawer, with small thumb moulding outer edge, and the pair of original brass plate handles. The table standing on ring and gun barrel turned legs, joined by stretchers, with a moulding outer edge. The whole leg continuing to pear drop feet.

Very good colour and patination.

Date c 1720.
