A Gents 1930s Unic Wrist Watch

1920 - 1940
Description

A gents 1930s Unic wrist watch.

The watch has a signed hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch itself measures 25mm wide excluding the winding crown and 33.5mm high excluding the lugs. The case is 0.900 silver and has French hallmarks. The case is in good condition with just light surface marks, nothing serious at all.

The watch has a convex lens with a little marking but nothing serious.

The dial has a handsome Art Deco design with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and minute markers.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch has a vintage presentation box from a Nottingham retailer.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
