The top with a hinged compartment to the rear or ink bottles and pens.
The frieze and corners with raised mould panel decoration finished tot the lower edge with double mould, as per the top edges. The table standing on four ringed and tapering legs, finished with brass cup castors.
Fabulous quality and patination.
Date c 1820.
