Description

A superb quality 19th Century Italian walnut bed in the Renaissance revival style, the bed having lovely crisp and ornate carving, mounted to the headboard with cherubs seated on scroll volutes, with confirming scroll decoration to the foot board, overall inlaid with bands of floral marquetry, the bed end inset with a roundel with initials W N. Circa 1860.
