Farm House Pine Table. English C 1820

Description

this is a really good size family farmhouse table and is dated to circa 1820

It is English and in mellow pine. The table will seat 10 to 12 persons and is a wide table for center of table serving. an attractive piece of antique country furniture ready for use

It has two cutlery drawers, stands on robust tapered legs and has a cleated top. The top is straight and flat. As can be seen in picture 2, it has had some woodworm over the years.....we treated this thoroughly during the renovation.

As with so many tables of this age (nearly 200 years old) the legs have been raised, as they call tipped. The overall color of the table is medium pine which has been waxed. It is not dry or bleached.

A super large dining table, ideal for a large family.
