A fantastic 19th century provincial Russian 84 silver rectangular cigarette case hinged at the back with a cabochon sapphire clasp, decorated on the front with two embossed warriors in battle regalia carrying weapons. Chased with a Russian word underneath this unusual case has a gilt interior and is marked on the inside, it is in excellent condition and measures 3 ½ inches by 5 inches weighing 185g.
