Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 1800s.
The slightly rounded body with hobnail panels, divided by fine hobnail panels. The foot rim decorated with vertical flute banding, and the underside with star burst decoration. The carved and tapered handle with lozenge cutting, which gives a good grip.
Date c 1820.
Height 8 1/2 inches, width 7 inches, depth 4 1/4 inches.
