Description

Stylish little Art Deco gentleman’s wardrobe c.1930. Striking modernist design with no cornice and free of applied decoration save for the use of highly figured walnut veneers in a symmetrical pattern across the doors contrasted against a darker rosewood crossbanding to the surround and plinth. In two sections, one a little taller and deeper than the other, both fitted with front to back hanging rails and retaining their original machine age chromed and ebonised handles and push button catch. Excellent colour and condition, with a some small repairs to the veneers at the top edge. Cleaned and polished in our workshops.
