A charming Japanese Meiji period cloisonné enamel kogo with metal mounts, the cover decorated with a circular cartouche of light blue ground depicting two silver wire bids in flight over a spray of flowers. The body of this box is finished in multi-coloured enamel with a geometric design of flowers, it is in very good condition commensurate with age.
