Antique Georgian Carved Oak Sideboard C1780

Description

This is a lovely original george 111 carved oak sideboard and dating from aorund 1780. It has a plank top with a deep carved lunette edge and with carved frieze below. To each end there are two drawers carved to the front with two arched doors to the centre with internal shelf. All of the drawers are oak lined and it has its original brass hinges. The brass handles abd escutcheons are not original but are early victorian. It is carved to each side support and stand son lovely carved cabriole front legs on a pad foot with straight squared & carved legs to the back.

It is in very good condition and a very attractive georgian sideboard oozing the charm and character of the period.

Measures: 36" high X 24" deep X 72" long
