Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 1850s.
The pylon shaped body with butter press finials, above the gentle outward spreading columns, each column with a tulip top tapering outward and downward to ring collars, and thence tapering inward to ring socles. The columns supporting four tiers, with slightly raised bead edges.
The whole standing on turned and tapered legs, finished with brass cup castors.
Date c 1830.
