A fine exhibition quality Victorian Period walnut & marquetry inlaid antique tripod table. Having a shaped walnut top with the finest floral marquetry inlay, inter spruced with marquetry and pen-work shields depicting the arts in a variety of exotic woods including satinwood, sycamore, rosewood and purple heart. Supported on a lobed and turned column with acanthus carved cabriole supports, in the manner of Holland & Sons of London although un-marked. English circa 1860
