Description

An oak and mahogany Early 19th Century antique Welsh dresser and rack. The upper rack section has a mahogany inlaid frieze above three graduating shelves with rectangular pilasters with mahogany cross banded detail. The lower base section has an arrangement of six rectangular oak lined drawers with mahogany cross banded detail and bone diamond escutcheons, retaining their original brass knobs. Also having twin rectangular doors with octagonal panels and sunburst inlaid quadrants, opening to reveal a shelved interior. Supported on shaped bracket feet. North Wales circa 1820-1830

Dimensions: 64" wide x 20" deep x 81" high

Condition: This dresser is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed. Lovely colour and patina
