Gillows Model Mahogany Extending Dining Table with Two Leaves

Description

A very good Gillows model Mahogany extending dining table with two leaves opening to an overall length of 85", 216cms, 63.75", 162 cms long with one leaf and 42", 107 cms without both leaves whilst the width is 48.75", 124 cms. The top has a moulded edge with rounded corners above a frieze and raised on four ring turned and reeded legs terminating in brass cups and casters. The table has a good wax finish and is in excellent condition having just come from a private collection.

Circa 1820

H: 28.5”, 72.5 cms, W: 48.75”, 124 cms, D: 85”, 216 cms.
