This useful item, it sits by a fireside chair, it is shelved to accommodate books and magazines and plenty of room on the top for a snack or beverage, in the centre is the coal box which pulls down and tips the double handled metal coal bucket forward. The bucket is then at the correct angle to shovel the coal

The Purdonium is in good condition with some fading to the genuine and original finish
