The 12.68ZS 17 jewel watch movement is beautifully made, totally reliable and as you can see it's in fabulous like new condition, this movement is considered to be one of the finest movements made during the golden age of Swiss watchmaking and was built to last a lifetime.
The case is large measuring 37.5mm indiameter excluding the winding crown and it has a read at a glance dial.
The white dial has been restored so is in perfect condition. It has just been professionally serviced and a new glass has been fitted. The case has been professionally polished.
It has obviously been extremely well cared for and looks as though it was rarely worn.
As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case.

The serial number dates this watch to 1957 and would be a perfect gift for any man especially one born in this year.
It has been professionally serviced and overhauled the process is highly detailed and meticulous.
It is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers parts. Each part is then thoroughly cleaned in a three stage ultrasonic cleaning process.
The movement is then fully assembled using manufacturers approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and sealed.
Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give you reliable and dependable service and will not require further service for many years.
