Description

Early 19th.c. French Louis Philippe marble top chest of drawers c.1830. Original grey marble top with a shaped edge over five long drawers. Beautifully figured burr walnut veneers arranged in a symmetrical pattern across the front and sides. Shallow top drawer with shaped front and internal dividers. Three deeper drawers set within a moulded and crossbanded border and a fifth drawer hidden in the plinth base. Oak drawer linings to all five. Raised on the original moulded front feet. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Key supplied.
