Large Victorian Silver Handled Page Turner 1876

Description

A superb VICTORIAN SILVER HANDLED PAGE TURNER made by the well-known and sought after silversmiths, Adie & Lovekin in 1876.

Made in the form of a sword, the silver handle mounted on the bone blade has an embossed 'C-Scroll' and 'V' pattern on the grip and this has an elaborate crossguard leading to a beautifully designed fixing that attaches the silver to the bone blade.

In excellent condition despite being over 140 years old this stunning piece would add to any collection or make a fabulous gift.
