French C1860 Small Round Glass Dome

This is one of a few glass domes from a recent estate sale at south of France. All have been in the household for almost 2 generations. Circa c1860. Some age related marks but no damage as such. Please study all photos for details.

This glass dome stands on its round black wooden base with 3 feet. The base has had wood worm ( see photo) but has been professionally treated.

Height including base = 13 in/ 33cm

Base diameter = 5 1/2 in / 14 cm

Dome diameter = 4 1/4 in / 11 cm

Dome height = 11 1/2 in / 29 cm
