Collinge Antiques has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
Thumb moulding to the base, fitted inside with a single shelf with a shaped front edge. With old repairs to the veneers on both doors (where a knot in the wood was removed) and nibbles to the cornice. Unfortunately shrinkage over the years has meant the right hand doors no longer closes flush at the top. Otherwise good condition with a particularly good colour.
