Antique Charles 11 17th Century Country Oak Coffer C1660

Description

Lovely antique 17th century country oak coffer dating from around the time of the restoration charles 11 c1660. It has a plank top with four fielded panels to the front and three panels to each end and rough hewn panelled back. It stands on squared feet. It has its original iron hinges and a candle tray to the inside. It is hand and peg joined.

A lovely coffer in very good condition with good deep colour and patination it measures:

32" high X 20" deep X 53" wide
